Really frustrating

Basic features were buggy and support was not helpful. A disappointing experience. Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. Support could not resolve a basic config issue for days.

Regret everything about this

Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. Site went down for hours without any notification from them.
