Incredibly frustrating

Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control.

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Too many issues to ignore unfortunately. Really wanted this to work but it just did not.
