Total waste of effort

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Support could not resolve a basic config issue for days.

Gets by, just barely

The idea is solid but the execution has gaps. Would be great with some fixes. The interface works but has room for better organization. Functional but not pretty.

Does the basics well enough

Good in theory but the execution has some kinks to work out. The first week was rough but it has been okay since. Still on the fence about recommending it. Performance is generally good but we had a couple of short outages.
