Terrible experience

Could not make it work no matter what I tried. Wasted a whole day on this. Seems like they rushed this to market before it was ready. Avoid if you value your time. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Fine for the price

Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. Setup took longer than expected given the promises. Once configured it is stable. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. Lost trust in this product after multiple failures in a row. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Steer clear of this

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. I rarely leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. Too many problems to count.
