Abject failure

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Frustrated with how many things went wrong. Should have gone with a different option. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Okay for what it is

Some features are really well done while others seem half baked. A mixed bag. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

Could not be worse

Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers. Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
