Sad excuse for a product

Could not get the basic setup to work properly. Gave up in the end. Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Terrible all around

Better options exist

Some features are really well done while others seem half baked. A mixed bag. I can see the potential but it is not quite there yet. Maybe after a few updates. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

User management was a nightmare to configure. Nothing worked as documented. Everything broke within the first hour. Unacceptable quality.
