Completely broken

Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers.

The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Could not make it work no matter what I tried. Wasted a whole day on this.

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Falls short in places

Loading times could be better, especially with larger datasets. Manageable though. The first week was rough but it has been okay since. Still on the fence about recommending it. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.
