Rock bottom experience

Could not get the basic setup to work properly. Gave up in the end. Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Laughably bad

The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list. Support could not resolve the issues we faced. Useless. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Just okay overall

Loading times could be better, especially with larger datasets. Manageable though. Had higher hopes based on the marketing. Reality did not quite match the promises. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
