Completely broken

Nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Complete letdown from start to finish. Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Impressive for the price point

The analytics gave us useful insights we did not have before using this. Permissions and user management were straightforward to configure. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this.

Needs a complete overhaul

Basic features were buggy and support was not helpful. A disappointing experience. Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
