Could not be worse

Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Barely functional

False promises galore

Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days. Waste of time honestly. Would not wish this frustration on anyone. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.
