Happy with the service

We have been using this for a few months now and it keeps delivering. Solid purchase. The workflow automation saved us a good chunk of time on repetitive tasks. Overall a solid experience, everything worked as expected.

Gets by, just barely

Some parts are great, others feel unfinished. An average experience overall. Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Terrible experience

Loading times were painfully slow. Made the whole experience frustrating. Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
