Fine for the price

Could go either way

The dashboard looks nice but some features are buried in menus. Could be better organized. Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time. Some features work well but others still need refinement.

Would give zero stars

Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
