Glad we finally switched

The API was well documented and easy to integrate with our existing tools. The reporting export options are comprehensive. Covers all bases. Ticket management kept our support team well organized.

Consistent performance so far

We evaluated several options and this one came out ahead. Happy with the decision so far. Did not run into any major issues during setup or daily use. That is a win in my book. Customers got faster replies and seemed happier.
