Not blown away

The learning curve was steeper than I would have liked. Gets better after that. Knowledge base setup was okay but could be more intuitive.

Gets the job done well

Not terrible, not amazing

I can see the potential but it is not quite there yet. Maybe after a few updates. Setup took longer than expected given the promises. Once configured it is stable.
