Complete disaster zone

Basic features were buggy and support was not helpful. A disappointing experience. Promises a lot but delivers very little. Would not touch this again. Ticket routing was broken, customers got the wrong agents.

Reliable uptime and responsive enough for our daily operations. Would recommend giving it a try. Customers got faster replies and seemed happier.

Barely adequate

Not the worst I have used but not the best either. Right in the middle. Works reliably for core tasks but edge cases cause issues. Knowledge base setup was okay but could be more intuitive.

Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time. The learning curve was steeper than I would have liked. Gets better after that. Ticketing works but the interface feels outdated.
