Irredeemably bad

Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Platform was slow during peak hours and frustrated our team.

Really frustrating

Spent more time troubleshooting than actually using it. That says it all really. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Ticket routing was broken, customers got the wrong agents.

Pretty good overall

The onboarding guide was clear and we were up and running fast. Quite straightforward to set up and the team picked it up fast. No real issues so far. Customers got faster replies and seemed happier.
