Waste of time and money

The concept is good but the execution is awful. Stay away until they fix the major issues. Setup documentation was outdated and led me down wrong paths repeatedly. Ticket routing was broken, customers got the wrong agents.

Middle of the road

Took longer to set up than I expected. Once running it worked okay though. Had moments where I wanted to give up but pushed through. It is okay I suppose. Knowledge base setup was okay but could be more intuitive.
