Frustrating experience

Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control. Ticket routing was broken, customers got the wrong agents.

It will do for now

The idea is solid but the execution has gaps. Would be great with some fixes. Ticketing works but the interface feels outdated.
