Not as good as hoped

The interface is okay but could be more intuitive overall. Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. Ticketing works but the interface feels outdated.

Deeply flawed product

Things that should be simple took way too much effort. Very frustrating overall. Spent more time troubleshooting than actually using it. That says it all really. Platform was slow during peak hours and frustrated our team.

Okay for what it is

I wanted to like it more than I actually did. It is fine, just not exceptional. The first week was rough but it has been okay since. Still on the fence about recommending it. Ticketing works but the interface feels outdated.
