Do yourself a favor skip it

Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Ticket routing was broken, customers got the wrong agents.

Decent but flawed

The dashboard looks nice but some features are buried in menus. Could be better organized. Knowledge base setup was okay but could be more intuitive.

Would not recommend

Promises a lot but delivers very little. Would not touch this again. Platform was slow during peak hours and frustrated our team.

Some parts are great, others feel unfinished. An average experience overall. Some features work well but others still need refinement. Ticketing works but the interface feels outdated.
